As a Certified Leadership Coach, Alex has worked with executives and business owners to improve employee relations and reduce turnover by clearly articulating job descriptions and qualifications, establishing diverse recruiting programs, improving interviewing strategies, and developing onboarding processes that integrate new team members into the organization culture quickly and easily. He works with people who want assistance in getting the right people on the team and in aligning interests to achieve organizational success.

Business environments are constantly changing, and business owners need to develop, monitor and adjust their strategic plans all while handling the day-to-day operational matters that keep the doors open and cash flowing. Alex supports business owners and executives who need assistance with analysis of internal and external environments and will aid in achieving these strategic objectives. Implementing strategic Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) will map out and measure the plan to success.

Achieving a work/life balance is one of the most difficult challenges among business owners and executives. Back in the late ‘90s, Alex woke up one morning the father of triplets. He and his loving wife of 25 years, Leah, had about 3 minutes to learn how to manage work and family time efficiently and effectively. Ask him about it if you dare but be warned, he has 21 years of family photos on his cell phone. Seriously, Alex knows to be a good husband and father, you must first be a good provider and then work smartly while at the office to be able to have the home life that we all live for. Alex is also a theme park enthusiast and ground-up restorer of antique automobiles.

My Values are:
Being On Time - I value and respect your time. Nothing bothers me more than people being late.
Hands-On - I will roll up my sleeves for you but I won't do your job.
I will Listen to get the whole picture
I will look at and consider your environment before formulating an approach - A lot of coaches will just tell you what you need to do without clearly looking at the environment. It's easy to say "Do this or Do That" but is it really attainable or will it compromise your family time?
Passionate about seeing people succeed
